Before requesting assistance
- Gather relevant notices, grievances, responses, medical records, disciplinary paperwork, or court documents.
- Identify any immediate deadline or urgent safety concern.
- Explain what outcome you are requesting.
- Do not send original documents unless PRC specifically requests them.
Submitting information does not guarantee that PRC can accept a matter and does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship. Emergency medical or safety concerns should also be reported through available emergency and institutional channels.
